Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Infinite Gamer Inc. They govern your use of Golf Simulator on iPhone and this website. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website. Questions: [email protected].

The game

Golf Simulator is an Infinite Gamer game. Infinite Gamer Inc. grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and play it on devices you own or control, through the App Store, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law or Apple’s terms.

Purchases and subscription

Before purchasing, you may play a limited number of holes (currently three) free of charge. Some play is unlocked through Apple In-App Purchase:

• Lifetime: a one-time purchase. Buy once, play the unlocked game without a recurring charge. Includes two golfers and the three starter venues.
• 3-Day Pass: a one-time, non-renewing purchase that unlocks play for three days from the time of purchase. It does not renew and is not refunded for unused time. Progress made during a pass is kept on the device and applies if you later purchase Lifetime.
• Infinite Golf Club (Monthly or Annual): an optional add-on subscription offered to Lifetime owners. It does not unlock play on its own. While your membership is active, all golfers and every Club venue are available, and the membership includes 10,000 points each month. Those points can be used in duels or to unlock a golfer permanently, and they remain if membership ends. Virtual and Sky Kingdom are exclusives: they are earned by playing or bought outright, and the Club never opens them. The subscription renews each month or each year until you cancel. Club-provided golfers and venues become unavailable when membership ends; monthly points, and anything you earned through play or bought outright, are unaffected.
• Golfers and venues: optional one-time purchases that permanently unlock an individual golfer, the full golfer set, or an individual venue. A venue purchase opens only that venue.

Prices are set in the App Store and charged by Apple. The renewal terms shown at purchase control if they differ from this page. Cancel a Club subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple ID subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription by itself.

We do not offer coins, ads, or timers as a currency. Golfers and venues can also be earned free by playing; the thresholds shown in the app at the time you play control and may change between versions, though credits already earned are kept. Unlock is for modes, courses, and swings as presented in the app at the time you play. Future holes and features may be added; we do not promise any particular future content.

Device permissions

Motion Detection needs the camera. Swipe needs no permission at all. AirPlay to TV needs a compatible display on your network. You are responsible for a safe play space. Give yourself room to swing, and do not play where a camera or a club-like motion would be unsafe or unwelcome.

Availability

The app is provided as-is. Courses are generated; holes, physics, and scoring are for play, not a simulation of any real tournament. We do not warrant uninterrupted service, that every hole will please you, or that the game will remain available on every iOS version forever.

Your conduct

Do not misuse the app, attempt to interfere with purchases or entitlements, or use it in a way that harms others. Hot-seat names and favorites are yours to manage on the device.

Intellectual property

The Infinite Gamer and Golf Simulator names, the game’s look and course generation, and related materials are owned by Infinite Gamer Inc. or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership. Apple, the Apple logo, and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, scores, or enjoyment arising from use of the game. Our total liability for a claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for Golf Simulator in the 12 months before the claim (or, if you paid nothing, zero). Some places do not allow these limits; in those places, our liability is limited to the minimum the law requires.

Changes

We may update these terms and the app. The date at the top of this page is the current version. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new terms. If a change is material, we will try to note it here.
