These terms govern your use of Infinite Golf on iPhone and this website. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Questions: [email protected].

The game

Infinite Golf is a golf game. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and play it on devices you own or control, through the App Store, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law or Apple’s terms.

Purchases and subscription

Some play is unlocked through Apple In-App Purchase:

• Lifetime — a one-time purchase. Buy once, play the unlocked game without a recurring charge.
• Monthly — a subscription. A free trial (currently 3 days) may apply, then the subscription renews each month until you cancel.

Prices are set in the App Store and charged by Apple. The trial and renewal terms shown at purchase control if they differ from this page. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple ID subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription by itself.

We do not offer coins, ads, or timers as a currency. Unlock is for modes, courses, and swings as presented in the app at the time you play. Future holes and features may be added; we do not promise any particular future content.

Device permissions

Motion Detection needs the camera. Phone Club needs device motion and a TV / Screen Mirroring connection. Swipe needs neither. You are responsible for a safe play space — give yourself room to swing, and do not play where a camera or a club-like motion would be unsafe or unwelcome.

Availability

The app is provided as-is. Courses are generated; holes, physics, and scoring are for play, not a simulation of any real tournament. We do not warrant uninterrupted service, that every hole will please you, or that the game will remain available on every iOS version forever.

Your conduct

Do not misuse the app, attempt to interfere with purchases or entitlements, or use it in a way that harms others. Hot-seat names and favorites are yours to manage on the device.

Intellectual property

The Infinite Golf name, look, course generation, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership. Apple, the Apple logo, and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, scores, or enjoyment arising from use of the game. Our total liability for a claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us for Infinite Golf in the 12 months before the claim (or, if you paid nothing, zero). Some places do not allow these limits; in those places, our liability is limited to the minimum the law requires.

Changes

We may update these terms and the app. The date at the top of this page is the current version. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new terms. If a change is material, we will try to note it here.
